1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ViralProxy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

ViralProxy provides dedicated US residential proxy IPs on a subscription basis. Each IP is dedicated exclusively to one subscriber for the duration of their subscription. We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific third-party platform or service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use ViralProxy to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Conduct unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or conduct mass phishing campaigns
  • Distribute malware or engage in any form of cybercrime
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform in ways that cause harm to others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy or where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Zero Fraud Score Guarantee

We guarantee that all IPs are delivered with a 0 fraud score at the time of assignment. If an IP does not meet this standard at the time of delivery, we will provide a free replacement. This guarantee applies to the fraud score at delivery and does not cover changes in IP reputation resulting from your use of the proxy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that IPs will work with any specific third-party platform. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViralProxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your proxy credentials will be revoked.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
